That’s a totally legit question. So, in my experience, you can pour it over hot pasta, and when you mix it around, the cheese thickens as you stir, essentially “cooking” the sauce a little further. But feel free to play around with it. I’m a big believer in using a recipe as a baseline only. And report back!
I am late in life but have yet to really like cooking. This recipe is one I will definitely try. My husband is our chef; I'm the sous chef. Love your blog. And a belated Happy Birthday. I'm a friend of SARAH WARBURTON . You make my heart smile.
Any friend of Sarah's is a friend of mine! She's spoken so warmly of you, I feel as though I already know you, dearest Phyllis. Let me know how the dish turns out, okay? Feel free to make suggestions.
I'm going to have to try this. You don't heat up the blender mixture before you toss it into the pasta? Does it get hot enough?
