I'm going to have to try this. You don't heat up the blender mixture before you toss it into the pasta? Does it get hot enough?

That’s a totally legit question. So, in my experience, you can pour it over hot pasta, and when you mix it around, the cheese thickens as you stir, essentially “cooking” the sauce a little further. But feel free to play around with it. I’m a big believer in using a recipe as a baseline only. And report back!

I am late in life but have yet to really like cooking. This recipe is one I will definitely try. My husband is our chef; I'm the sous chef. Love your blog. And a belated Happy Birthday. I'm a friend of SARAH WARBURTON . You make my heart smile.
