Six months in, and I can't remember how I came across you, but I'm glad I did. You've been part inspiration, part friend, and part vicarious thrill. I admire you for living your dream and your truth. Having lived the expat life myself, I'd be lying if I didn't admit to wanting to go back.

Here's to many more years and many more successes. Perhaps someday we'll meet and swap stories. :-)

I'm your most loyal and adoring fan. I hope you know that. I LOVE talent--it doesn't have to be my talent. And you, my friend, have abundant talent.

OMG, it's like a mutual admiration society in here. I do appreciate the fandom and the emotional support. Like most creative types (as I suspect you can appreciate), my self-esteem sometimes needs to be swept off the floor. It helps to have someone who's tripped over the same emotional landmines.

Likewise, if you EVER need ANYTHING, I'm here fer ya....

Congrats on your six month anniversary! I certainly enjoy your work and look forward to reading it. And thanks for sharing your gorgeous apartment—love the furniture! I'm half Italian and have been fortunate to visit the Tuscany area twice and loved every second of it. Just a note: my last post mentioned my treasured experience seeing Steve Jobs and his mention of Italy's art as his design inspiration. Much good luck on your continuing success with Cappuccino!

You ALWAYS have thought-inspiring things to say, Joan. I love that about you. Thank you for your support of an indie publication like this one, and be sure to throw any topics my way that you'd like to see covered. Anything that piques our curiosity is fair game!
